About Nicole Stinson

Nicole Stinson is an active real estate broker and has lived in the Santa Clarita Valley for 29 years, but grew up in the San Fernando Valley. She understands the value of giving back, investing time and energy in the community she lives in. She provides a personal touch when working with buyers and sellers by putting herself in their shoes. Her depth of experience and knowledge of both the Santa Clarita Valley and all of Los Angeles is a valuable asset to clients. It’s also important to her that sellers get the most in the least amount of time when they are selling.

Her level of commitment to every one of her clients makes most of them clients for life. She has chaired many nonprofit events and is the first to step up to help a charity in need, volunteering for something every month of the year, while running her own very successful Charity event for the 7th year in a row that she founded, the SCV Charity Chili Cook-Off. Nicole is serving her third term on the Southland Regional Association of Realtors and holds various other leadership positions in organizations across Southern California. Her leadership and organizational skills have won Nicole accolades from amongst her peers as well as those who put their trust in her.
